Elena has more than 22 years of experience in Coral SA - Shell Licensee with various leading roles in Retail and B2B including Sales & Operations, Loyalty & Marketing and Customer Service. As Coral’s Marketing Manager she is now heavily involved in enhancing the CVP and creating the strategy for seamless customer journeys across the Shell network. She holds a degree in Human Genetics from UCL and an MBA from Imperial College and she cherishes her involvement with multicultural groups of colleagues, stakeholders and networks. She has a very good grasp of the Oil retail industry and excellent knowledge of retail processes, performance and marketing tools. Having designed the Salesforce Service Cloud for Coral, she is a CRM enthusiast who firmly believes that communicating with customers in the right way at the right time, is key to any company’s success.
