Δημήτρης Γκοτζαρίδης

Dimitris Gotzaridis currently serves as the Head of Operations at COSMOTE E-VALUE. He initially joined COSMOTE E-VALUE as an Operations Manager in 2009. Between 2015 and 2017, he held the position of Head of Operations at e-Value International Romania playing a vital role in the setup of the Operations across five different sites in Romania. Prior to COSMOTE E-VALUE, Dimitris had accumulated more than 20 years of experience in sales, service, and marketing to business and consumer customers at all levels, working for companies such as MRM (McCann Ericsson Group), Amstrad, JVC servicing customers like Cosmote, Vodafone, Wind. Pepsico etc.

He has an MBA with specialization in Sales Management and a BA with specialization in Marketing from Athens University of Business and Economics, as well as Erasmus University of Rotterdam. He has also pursued postgraduate studies in Management Information Systems, focusing on Business Data Analysis and AI.
