During those year I launched 4 successful loyalty programs in Greece, 3 in Romania and 1 in Bulgaria for brands as Estee Lauder, Clinique, Mac, Smashbox and Bobbi Brown Also I have 7 years of Consumer Insights analysis and data visualization experience in Beauty and FMCG industries. Based on outcomes of those analysis we performed many high touch marketing @ scale initiatives for a more segmented and personalized communication to our consumers.
